- Updated Topcon reader to allow additional format for downforce shapefiles
- Updated to remove timestamp from fieldname
- Updated VY2 card reader to better handle duplicate timestamps
- Added the ability to cancel FDA request (DELETE /ExchangeTracker/:tracking_code)

- Fixed issue where downforce was overriding rate units for Kinze ISOXML
