• Made multiple updates to the system’s security and password policies 

  • All users will be required to reset their password. Passwords must be updated every 6 months and must adhere to the following;

    • contain at least 12 characters

    • contain at least 1 lowercase letter

    • contain at least 1 uppercase letter

    • contain at least 1 special character

    • contain at least 1 number

    • can't start with these: -=+@

    • can't contain these: -<>|*

API

• Made multiple updates to the system’s security and password policies. Any API partner using the Connections/Users/Full endpoint will need to adhere to the following password policy when creating new users;

  • contain at least 12 characters

  • contain at least 1 lowercase letter

  • contain at least 1 uppercase letter

  • contain at least 1 special character

  • contain at least 1 number

  • can't start with these: -=+@

  • can't contain these: -<>|*

Known Issues:

• Special characters are not allowed in the template name for As-Applied templates

• Special characters should be avoided when possible when sending files to MJD.  MJD can have issues consuming file names with special characters.

• When resetting one's password from Outlook, it is possible that Chrome will show that the link has already been used.  In this case, copy and paste the link manually into Chrome, or use a different browser to reset the password.  Outlook and Chrome do not always play nice together.
